Everything you need to know about On Deck.
On Deck is the ultimate cheerleading competition schedule app that transforms dense PDF schedules into a fast, searchable mobile experience. Parents, athletes, and coaches can instantly find their teams' performance time, follow their favorite teams, and get notified about schedule changes. It's available for free on the web at allstarsondeck.com, with a native iOS app and an Android version later in 2026.
No. We love Varsity, but On Deck is an independent app that is not affiliated with any specific competition organizer. We aim to provide the same incredible experience no matter the organizers or events — one app for every competition you attend. That said if anyone from Varsity is reading this, we'd love to partner!
On Deck currently supports most competitions under the Varsity umbrella (including the biggest names like Jamfest, Cheersport, NCA, Spirit Sports, and many others). We also cover All Out competitions and are adding more organizers throughout the season. Schedules are updated as soon as we get them. If your competition isn't listed yet, you can let us know and we'll add it.
Yes, the basic functionality of On Deck (view a schedule, search for teams) is free for all users. Some advanced features require a login to function, and we will soon be launching a premium pass with enhanced features to make it even easier to track everything throughout the season.
Open the app at allstarsondeck.com/app, select your competition, and use the search bar to find your team by name, gym, or division. Once you find your team you can follow it to see all their performance times in one place. Basic users can follow a few teams, while Premium users can follow unlimited teams.
Yes. On Deck is specifically designed to work even when you have poor venue connectivity. The schedule loads once when you first open the app, and all searching and filtering happens on your device — no internet needed after the initial load. This is critical because competition venues are notorious for terrible cell signal and spotty wifi.
